Position : Database Architect

Location : Hamilton, NJ (Onsite)

Duration : 6 months

Job Description:

• Ensure databases are production-ready with rigorous testing, performance validation, and best practices for high availability and disaster recovery Required 5 Year
• Work independently, with minimal support on the DB issues pertaining to development of the Stored Procedures, Functions and DB maintenance. Required 5 Years
• Design and develop database systems that are efficient, scalable, and secure.Hands-on experience in building new relational data models, tables, views Required 5 Year
• Design the DB deployment strategy, DB maintenance of all environments Required 5 Year
• DB migration project (Oracle to SQLSerrver) with understanding in designing and maintaining High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options Required 5 Years
• Back-end data integration and architecture including dimensional data modeling(partitioning), database design, data warehousing, ETL development Required 5 Years
• Knowledge/Experience in developing, hosting & managing databases on AWS RDS. Required 5 Years
• Implements security protocols such as encryption, access controls, and data backup and recovery procedures. Required 5 Years
• Experience with Windows server, including Active Directory. Should be able to manage users, user access strategies integrated with the application Required 5 Years
• Designing schema, access patterns, locking strategy, SQL development, and tuning. Should be able to develop these independently. Required 5 Years
• Design DB deployment strategy across the environments, experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for DB changes Required 5 Year
