Our subsidiary, Ecoservices, is on the hunt for a Maintenance Engineer for our Hammond, IN plant.
Under the general direction of the Plant Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the plant’s equipment operates safely, at the highest capacity, with the highest possible on-stream time, for the lowest long-term cost of ownership. This position requires sound mechanical knowledge and understanding of all equipment families to provide hands-on support to the maintenance team. The Maintenance Engineer will manage projects, guide and instruct maintenance technicians, coordinate contractors, and plan/coordinate daily maintenance activities to meet production goals. The Maintenance Engineer role will focus on the short-term (0-18 months) strategic implementation of plant asset reliability improvements and maintenance work process improvements.
