SPAR is growing our overnight reset andremodel team! By joining this full-time racking team of ResetConstruction professionals.

You will be part of a traveling rackingteam, remodeling the insides of home improvement retailchains. He / she will be working overnights, 9PM - 6AM,building, heavy steel racking, pallet racking, assembling andinstalling shelving and fixtures.

Anyone with a backgroundexperience in construction, resets or remodels, fixture installer,construction, racking or general labor, this could be a perfect fitfor you.

The ideal construction remodel worker is;self-sufficient, highly motivated, knows their way around a toolbag, and have the drive to produce high quality results in afast-paced environment.

Becoming a Racking Team Memberis a prerequisite to the Senior Project Managerposition.

WhatYou’llDo :

• Work overnightsremodeling big box retail stores
• Remove and replace damagedsteel racking including cantilevertowers
• Move product from old to new palletracking
• Building and assemblingretail store shelving fixtures
• Work withPlan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by storemanagement
• Update Signage, ShelfConditions and Schematics Completion
• Engage inconsiderable physical activity, ability to lift and carry upto 50 lbs.

Qualifications :

• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and workovernights 9PM - 6AM
• Must be able to takedirection regarding tagging, rotating and placing products onshelf
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20feet off the ground as needed
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs.
• Experience in usingbasic hand and power tools (must provide own hardhat, gloves,utility knife, and power tools)
• Planogramexperience (preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communicationskills
• Knowledge / ability to usebasic tools necessary for the job
• Reliable transportation,valid driver’s license,
• Personal cell isrequired and valid email address.
• Professionalappearance and demeanor
• Appropriate work footwear is required to beworn on the jobsite
