Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Stocker to join our team. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Duties: - Unload merchandise from delivery trucks - Organize and stock shelves according to company guidelines - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed - Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service - Keep the store clean and organized - Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move merchandise - Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies Skills: - Ability to package products effectively - Strong customer service skills - Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management - Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures - Sales experience is a plus - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for customer interactions - Capable of heavy lifting to move and stock items - Effective communication skills to work with team members and assist customers - Proficiency in loading and unloading merchandise safely

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
