Aston Carter is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Hannibal, MO
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive culture and retention at the plant
- Oversees all recruiting activities
- Creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, job offer, etc.
- Initiate I9 process and administers Drug Tests and Background Checks
- Utilizing HRIS system to approve timecards
- FMLA
- Lead "Fun Committee" - plan company events to drive culture
- Attend job fairs to build a bench of candidates for future opportunities
- Employee relations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of related HR experience
- I9 verifications
- Experience working in an HRIS systems
- ERP knowledge a plus
- Employee relations knowledge
- Previous experience creating job descriptions/analysis is a plus '
