Nurses with more than 1 year of experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on & new grads with less than a year are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on! Additionally, we're excited to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates!

Position Summary: Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with acute needs? Our PCU is dedicated to monitoring patients who require specialized attention beyond general floors but not as intensive as ICU. As a PCU RN, you'll play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, adhering to ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. Your advocacy, support, and technical expertise will ensure our patients receive the best care possible. Additionally, you'll educate patients and families on self-care and may be involved in medication inventory and distribution.

Position Requirements:

• Currently licensed and registered as a Registered Nurse.
• Must hold a valid state license or be willing to obtain one.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 12 months of employment.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification obtained during orientation.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, or a combination.
• Enjoy at least three holidays off per year.
• Weekend availability required based on unit needs.
• Occasional overtime may be necessary to ensure exceptional patient care.
