Responsibilities Of The Accounting Director Will Include
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
- Lead and mentor the accounting/billing team
- Manage cash flow, oversee banking relationships, and optimize working capital to support the company's financial objectives
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to assess performance, and identify trends
- 7 years of accounting experience and in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Deltek and QuickBooks is a preferred requirement.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
