Position Responsibilities:
Plan and establish work schedules, assignements and production sequences to meet production goals
Devise methods to use the plant's personnel and capital resources to best meet production requirements
Monitor the production run to meet scheduling requirements
Must maintain and monitor quality standards/expectations
Devise processes/procedures to increase efficiency
Coordination/communication with logistic department for distribution of goods
Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems or complaints
Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees
to experienced workers for training
Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defect or malfunctions
Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
Esure that operators conform to production or prcessing standards
Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees 
to experienced workers for training
Responsible for monitoring inventories of supplies are at required levels ensuring production 
proceeds without interruption
Performs other related duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
Ability to perform every stage of the assembly process
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing 
the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Dependability - requires being reliable, responsible and dependable and fulfilling obligations
Stress tolerance - requires accepting critcism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress siuations
Ability to follow instructions carefully, requiring basic reading skills and ability to follow diagrams & pictures
Ability to respond to changes in demand by shifting labor from one product line to another
