MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/ GROUNDSKEEPER

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to join our team.

This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repairs of split properties. The right fit will be someone looking for a challenge, who is a self-motivator, detail oriented, with outstanding customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities

* Performs all landscape/maintenance duties.

* Performs all preventative maintenance needs for each home/property.

* Handles the day-to-day general maintenance repairs in occupied homes.

* Maintains equipment.

* Tracks and orders all needed supplies.

* Works directly with management and vendors to facilitate all maintenance needs.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.

* Ability to read and execute memos, service requests, and directives from supervisor and/or management.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.

* Ability to use a “smart” phone, computer, specialized software for service request and report responsibilities.

* Must have a reliable vehicle, valid ID, proof of insurance.

*Must be able to pass a drug test.

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Clean criminal background.
