Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a versatile HR generalist, handling various aspects of human resources management (excluding payroll).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 2 years work experience.
• 5 years of proven experience in HR roles with a focus on generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization. Past experience demonstrating collaboration among internal business leaders and units.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year.
