Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at RegalCare at Harwich. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve their maximum functional potential and improving their quality of life through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote mobility, strength, and pain relief.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
