**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and leading a team to achieve enrollment targets. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll qualified students - Lead and motivate the admissions team to meet enrollment goals - Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between admissions and educational programs - Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment - Utilize Ellucian or similar systems for efficient management of student data - Educate prospective students on academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options - Conduct public speaking engagements at recruitment events - Coordinate recruiting efforts both on and off-campus **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience in admissions, education administration, or related field - Familiarity with academic advising and student services - Strong public speaking and presentation skills - Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results - Experience working with students in a higher education setting - Proficiency in Ellucian or similar student information systems - Excellent recruiting skills to attract diverse student populations This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on student enrollment and contribute to the growth of our institution.
