Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cleaning Specialist to help maintain the cleanliness of our clients homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas.

- Empty trash receptacles and handle recycling duties.

- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

- Provide courteous service to clients and staff.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is a plus, but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
