Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Qc inspector Near Hatfield, PA
Highly respected custom manufacturer has immediate opening for a first shift QC Inspector to join its growing team. The purpose of this position is to perform inspection on machined parts to ensure quality expectations are met or exceeded.
Contacting customers for verification of drawings and resolution of problems in event the QC Lead is not available4. Communicating with customers in event QC Lead is unavailable5.
Perform 1st piece, in process, and final inspection using various equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, pin, plug and ring gages, comparators, concentricity gages 6.
Work to standards of internal quality system7. Maintaining all gauge calibrations and records8. Making recommendations for continuous improvement of our quality department9.
Work with all departments to ensure jobs are completed in timely manner- HS diploma or equivalent- At least three years experience in quality assurance in a fast paced manufacturing environment- Proficient in all areas of part inspection - print reading, tool use, calibration- Strong math, analytical, and process capability skills- Strong computer skills- Ability to spend up to 10 hours on the shop floor- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds
