Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Draft, review and assess construction and architectural agreements, plans, and specifications, analyze hard cost budgets and construction schedules, etc.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor that if the construction reaches DOB standard, and report construction progress.
- Partner with architects and designers to develop construction scopes of work, and solve the problems occurred in construction process.
- Create estimates, budgets, timelines for project completion, and manage construction projects to ensure that milestones are met on time and under budget.
- Ensure General Contractors deliver a high-quality product to maintain standards.
- Proactively communicate risks and opportunities regarding construct-ability, cost, quality, and schedule concerns to internal team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal team members and external vendors.
- Provide construct-ability feedback during due diligence phase and through life of project to identify potential issues around unique building conditions.
- Bachelor's Degree and above in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
- Construction: 3-5 years
- Construction on site management: 3 year
- Proven track record working on ground up residential or hospitality projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of standard construction management procedures and ability to manage project team to ensure compliance with aid policies.
- Strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing (English and Mandarin)
