POSITION OVERVIEW
Supervisor I is responsible for performing multiple essential functions, including control room operations, supervise and control the safe and cost-efficient operation of the Hayden Concentrator, Crushers, Flotation, Filter Plant, and Tailings Disposal facilities. To ensure the cost-effective production and economic recovery of copper from Hayden Slag.

The Hayden Concentrator is located 81 miles southeast of Phoenix and 55 miles northeast of Tucson. We have a robust carpool / vanpool program and encourage employees to participate. Employees save more than 50% of their commuting costs while reading, sleeping, or just enjoying the view.
