Momento USA LLC is Hiring a System Engineer Near Hayward, CA
Location, Hayward, CA- onsite needed
- Responsible for infrastructure service delivery and operations within pharmaceutical clients' GMP Medical Device Manufacturing Facility.
- The system engineer will collaborate with pharmaceutical clients IT team to facilitate infrastructure services with Pharmaceutical clients' manufacturing site while maintaining regulatory compliance with Pharmaceutical clients' Quality Management System.
- Work with cross-functional teams within pharmaceutical clients' IT and the business team to develop, support and maintain the required IT infrastructure services in support of business operations.
- The engineer will have broad technical insight, knowledge and experience with IT systems, and various IT system management frameworks.
- In addition, the engineer should have detailed knowledge and experience with infrastructure operations, architectures, Security, and networking.
- Manage and proactively monitor GXP infrastructure dedicated for manufacturing site.
- Install, configure, and maintain GMP and non GMP applications.
- Provide application support including troubleshooting and access management.
- Maintain GXP system inventory for both hardware and software systems.
- Coordinate with corporate IT staff to ensure smooth operation of computer networks, securities and OS upgrade and patch for manufacturing site.
- Support Infrastructure change and design process including documentation and verification of the changes to meet appropriate compliance/governance requirements.
- Support System Integration, Verification and Validation activities.
- Provide technical support during the resolution of support issues that would require change to the infrastructure platforms.
- Work closely with cross functional team such as Engineering, Operation, Pharmaceutical client's Global IT team and Quality management teams
- Create documentation for requirement spec, design spec and troubleshooting.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application and infrastructure performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of experience working on Windows and Linux Server technologies.
- 2 years of experience within the medical device manufacturing environment (FDA regulated environment).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle.
- Experience and knowledge with relational database preferably MS-SQL database
- Knowledge and experience on programming language preferably python and C#
