Position Summary

The role involves overseeing financial management and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities include general ledger management, cross-border sales accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, audit support, and process improvement. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

Essential Functions

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries with proper documentation.
• Manage payment arrangements, monitor budgets, and track expenditures.
• Oversee cross-border sales accounting, including revenue recognition and COGS calculations, and collaborate across departments for accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and provide variance analysis and explanations for financial performance.
• Facilitate annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation in financial operations.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· CPA certification preferred.

· 5-7 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting within the IT industry.

· Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with international accounting standards.

· Proven experience with cross-border sales accounting and familiarity with related tax implications.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Odoo preferred.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Annual Base salary – $100,000 - $120,000
