Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the automotive collision repair industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English - preferred
• In-depth knowledge of auto body repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with annual manufacturer certification audits.
• Experience holding effective production meetings and QC controls that are ready to implement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards (BAR, OSHA).
• Proficiency in using industry software and tools for production and repair management (CCC/ProfitNet/Car-o-liner/CDK, AllData).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
