Roles & Responsibilities of The Process Leader:
· Ensure all GMPs are followed
· Directs and guides operators and team members on proper operating procedures.
· Validate that all production standards are met within assigned area.
· Oversees deployment of training program in work area and assigns dedicated trainers to each new employee on area process.
· Oversees break rotation process of employees throughout work area.
· Ensure all employees in area are working safely. Identify and escalate any issues.
· Subject matter expert for assigned area.
· Identify and reduce waste
· Work closely with Shift Leader on process execution
· Expand job knowledge to other functional areas as necessary.
· Assists shift leader with labor scheduling
