Role: The role of the Administrative Assistant is to directly assist the President/CEO, and to indirectly assist members of the executive management team, volunteers, and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks and by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail. The Administrative Assistant will present a friendly, professional and personable attitude that communicates to members, staff and visitors that the credit union is a friendly and professional financial institution.

Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experiences.

Education: A high school education of GED. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Work Environment: This job is scheduled during normal Credit Union business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, from a credit union location. Some travel may be required to other work locations. Work creates normal fatigue daily. Work creates moderate stress during certain periods during daily routine. Job does not have specific volume and pace of work standards except that information must be reported on a timely basis.
