Job Summary:
Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your expertise in crafting delightful beverages and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, engaging with patrons, ensuring a clean bar environment, and delivering top-notch service. This part time position is at the pool deck Friday-Sunday from 11-6pm.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standardized recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to uphold hygiene standards
- Verify customers' age by checking identification to comply with legal drinking regulations
- Process cash transactions using POS systems or cash registers efficiently
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products when appropriate
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish bar supplies as required

Skills:
- Prior experience working as a Bartender or in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in brewing, food service, and mixology practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and adept at cash handling procedures
- Strong mathematical skills encompassing basic math, retail math, and cash register operations
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Customer-centric approach with a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience using the Aloha POS system
