Position Overview
A foreman must be able to utilize a computer to prepare daily progress reports, enter daily crew timecards, and to send and receive emails. He must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Capable of motivating crew with an emphasis on: Safety, Quality, and Production. He/she must be proficient in reading, mathematics, interpreting construction blue prints and project specifications. Proficient in using levels, lasers, GPS to stake and layout construction site and set and check grades.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Foreman is responsible to follow and promote the Company Safety Culture. As the front-line supervisor managing all work activities performed by their crew, he/she will be responsible for the following:
