As a Field Service Technician for the HOH Program Cohort here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to be part of a specialized team that provides field service support for our customers. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site visits to customer locations and remote support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on Honeywell equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
