Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated CAM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in real estate administrative tasks, property management, and customer relationship management. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in property management tasks including overseeing contractors, getting estimates, and client relations
- Manage customer relationships effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Resolve conflicts between community or board members in a diplomatic manner
- Oversee property maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs
- Conduct board meetings
Experience:
- Proven experience in real estate administrative roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform property management practices
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of contracts and agreements
- Ability to handle conflict management effectively
- Understanding of property maintenance procedures
Requirements:
- An active CAM license is needed for this position
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
