Vice President of Finance

Well established and respected banking group is in search of an experienced Finance Leader to take on an integral role within their growing organization. This is a corporate role and will be focused on the bank’s Asset & Liability Management (ALM) strategy and execution. You will also head up preparation and presentation of said strategy to the Asset-Liability Committee. Thew position will also have involvement in the corporate FP&A function, but focus is more on the ALM aspect. The company fosters a great work/life balance and has a high focus on employee appreciation, collaboration and development of staff. This would be a hybrid role, 3 days in the office each week and salary is in the range of $175-200K plus bonus and a very generous benefits package.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Lead a team of 5 in developing and maintaining the ALM strategy

• Work across the organization, evaluating current and potential investments

• Rate/risk analysis and financial modeling

• Monitor and maintain all regulatory rules and regulations

• Involvement in the corporate FP&A process

• Develop team members for future advancement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required, finance, investment banking or equivalent major preferred

• 15 years of banking/investment industry background

• Must have led a team of at least 4 with a focus on Asset & Liability Management

• Prior experience in presenting the ALM game plan and results to leadership

• Collaborative, team player that is a supportive leader and works well across an organization

Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
