ks that previously would have been performed by highly trained chemists. * Chemical Technicians are responsible for monitoring chemical processes and testing products as part of quality assurance. * Under the supervision of chemists and other team members, they perform repetitive lab activities, such as setting up lab equipment and preparing chemical solutions. * They also conduct tests, interpret, and analyze data, compile results, prepare reports, and present their conclusions. * Knowing SEM is a plus. * General daily expectations include handling both solids and liquids for testing purposes and functioning in a safe manner. * Previous wet chemistry laboratory experience preferred. * Self-motivated with an ability to perform tasks independently after training. * Minimum of an associate degree required. _Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
