We are seeking an experienced Optical Manager to oversee our optical department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optical services and retail management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the optical department
- Ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
- Supervise staff and provide training as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for patient care
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in optical management or related field
- Knowledge of medical records, ophthalmology, and laboratory procedures
- Familiarity with retail sales and management practices
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and senior care
