Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Hinesville, GA
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 2 Years of Manufacturing Supervisory Experience, 4 Years of Manufacturing Experience
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise the activities and associates engaged in the manufacturing of products within their assigned department and shift.
- Assure key operating metrics are achieved by focusing on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost.
- Create, maintain, and audit Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with associates, leaders, EH&S, and HR to interpret, apply, and consistently enforce all company policies.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records for manufacturing associates.
- Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for and resolving hazardous conditions.
- Identify, support, and guide production associates in continuous improvement activities/initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing operation
- Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled
