Billing Clerk - Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Skills required.
Typing 50 wpm
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
The understanding of network file structure.
The position will manage the customer database that includes creating, updating, tracking, our customers and equipment records.
Invoicing entails creating accurate excel spreadsheets of the invoicing information.
The position works closely with customers and staff members in day-to-day operations. The position requires communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving skills and team building skills.
