As a Project Analyst, your efforts will be instrumental to the success of designing and building mission-critical communications systems for our nation's military. The successful candidate will provide budgetary and project support to the systems engineering team.

Responsibilities include:

-Support project managers and team leads with the planning and execution of technical projects

-Support project management functional areas to include development of work breakdown structures, project schedules, cost estimates and budgets, project monitoring and reporting, earned value management, and tracking of team activities

-Work collaboratively with the government customer and team members

-Monitor financial performance in relation to planned amounts and proactively identify shortfalls

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Support miscellaneous administrative functions as assigned

Required Skills and Education

• At least 3 years of experience performing financial management and administrative activities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business discipline and at least 3 years supporting military programs
• SECRET clearance with ability obtain TS/SCI clearance
• Possess a strong financial acumen
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Project
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Skills and Education

• Intermediate experience with MS Project
• Experience in USCG or US Navy C4 systems
• PMP certification
