Tailored Management is Hiring an Insurance Sales Agent Near Hometown, PA
Pay Rate: $20/hour - no commission during contracted period, paid weekly
Location: 100% remote position - including training
Training schedule: M-F 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST - for two weeks. Will not be able to miss class/training for any reason.
Permanent Schedule: Flex schedule between 8am - 9pm, M-F, one weekend a month on a rotating schedule. Will end up on a permanent shift.
Timeline: 9/9/2024, pending completion of new hire onboarding
Must have current active property and casualty insurance license in a minimum of 45 states and resident state, but preferably all 50 D.C. *Must have proof of active Casualty and Property License in minimum 45 US states, and must remain active throughout duration of assignment Required:
- 2 plus years sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability.
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound email, chat and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies.
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
- Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times.
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of the clients brand and our pet insurance products.
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability.
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment.
- Insurance industry sales experience
- Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.
- Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections.
- Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail.
- Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
