Title: Atomizer Technician

Salary: $65,000-75,000

• Lead the assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and disassembly of the complete rotary atomizer system as assigned.
• Lead or assist with atomizer testing during prototype and production phases.
• Set up and operate test equipment, observe tests, and record data for engineering analysis.
• Conduct tests on specific parts and systems to verify mechanical functionality and inspect critical components.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory organization.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Develop and propose best practices and standard procedures for production.
• Travel domestically and internationally (25-30%) to support atomizer installation and commissioning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, individually or as part of a team.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent training in mechanical or automobile engineering technology, with 4-5 years of experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of 480V electric motors, PLCs, VFDs, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and utilize tools, fixtures, and testing apparatus.
• Experience in plumbing and operating hydraulic systems is advantageous.
• Strong willingness to learn, exceed expectations, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed, with additional compensation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.
