Position Overview:

As a Public Adjuster, you will be responsible for evaluating and adjusting property claims for our clients. You will work directly with policyholders, inspect damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate with insurance companies to ensure they receive the fair amount they're entitled to.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage.

Conduct on-site inspections of damaged properties.

Document, compile, and estimate the value of losses.

Analyze, prepare, and present claims to insurance companies.

Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.

Maintain a detailed record of all claims handled.

Offer exceptional client service throughout the claims process.

Stay updated with industry standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• State licensed as a Public Adjuster.
• 2 years’ experience in claims adjusting preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with claims software and digital tools.
• Familiarity with construction and repair methods and costs is beneficial
• Must have a valid driver's license.
