Responsibilities
- Assist in AP/AR, Payroll and Bank Reconciliation processes
- Utilize Banyon software program for grant accounting and utility billing
- Support in the training and development of internal staff
- Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly reports
- Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure they are up-to-date
- Work on a long-term contract basis with potential for further opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Utilize ERP solutions and Great Plains (GPAC) for efficient accounting functions
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy in billing functions.
