Overview: The customer service representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role will involve assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position also offers the opportunity for upward mobility to an outside sales role, making it an ideal starting point for individuals looking to build a career in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
