AIM: The Aim of the HR Coordinator is to facilitate, coordinate and administer the human resources processes in a manner that ensures we are able to hire, retain and develop the best talent the area has to offer.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/Expectations:

• Promote mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Completes weekly payroll processing timely and accurately
• Oversees and facilitates the onboarding process to ensure positive experience and accuracy
• Facilitates and administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
• Conducts benefit audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of bills, enrollments, terminations and deductions
• Assist with the development of HR policy and procedures
• Reviews and approves job requisitions for posting to internal and external job boards
• Assists with the setup and management of the HRIS system, policies and documentation
• Administers the performance review process and schedule for plant employees
• Conducts exit interviews to capture information regarding employment experience and opportunities for improvement
• Assists with processing of terminations consistent with termination procedures
• Provides final approval of HR/Payroll changes for plant employees (time off, demographic, position changes, withholding, etc.)
• Develops and distributes company communications
• Implementation, support and conveyance of company policies that assures fairness and consistency across operations
• Field employee complaints and grievances and assist with investigations
• Continually make process improvements and automation to reduce administrative burdens
• Administer FMLA paperwork and process
