ENGIE North America Inc. is Hiring a Communications Manager Near Houston, TX

What You Can Expect

As our Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead ENGIE North America’s content marketing strategy and efforts to drive brand awareness both internally and externally. In this role, you will work alongside the Director of Communications to lead a new North American Communications Network, consisting of communications and marketing leads within all North American global business units and entities. Additionally, you will oversee internal and external analytics, including channel usage and engagement levels, and produce reports as requested. You will also manage the North American Corporate Communications budget. This role is based in Houston, TX and reports to the Director of Communications.

  • Develop and manage ENGIE North America’s content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and ensure alignment with the company’s voice and audience
  • Coordinate multiple projects to ensure they remain on schedule, and manage content for the North America Corporate Communication team
  • Oversee the administration of website-generated leads via Salesforce, ensuring prompt categorization and distribution to stakeholders
  • Plan and execute various physical and virtual events to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for overall communications needs for other Global Business Units, manage the Communications Coordinator, and assist the Director of Communications with strategic planning and other projects

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field

  • A minimum of seven (7) years working experience in communications, marketing, public relation, digital media or related field
  • You have experience with social media channels, content marketing, budgeting, and managing others, along with knowledge of the energy industry and brand consistency
  • You are a dynamic, results-driven self-starter with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, capable of leading complex projects involving both internal and external teams
  • You are proficient in driving decision-making and alignment across teams, managing time and priorities, and working independently under tight deadlines
  • You possess strong creative thinking skills, innovative thinking to enhance brand growth, and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

Compensation

Salary Range: $96,100 – $134,820 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
