Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Director, Facilities the Supervisor, Facilities Management is responsible for assisting the Director, Facilities in the overall operation of the Facilities Department. This is inclusive of administrative and technical operation.

What you will do in this position:

• Responsible for the preventative maintenance schedules
• Scheduling and expediting operations and repairs
• Supervises and assists with emergency and major repair jobs and inspects building and grounds
• Assists in ordering equipment and supplies
• Detect, minimize and control fires and fire hazards – including conduct fire drills

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of college or equivalent, on the job experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare experience preferred
• Licensure: Stationary Engineer, Maintenance Electric or other Licensure preferred
