Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Patent Litigation
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigator for its Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Washington, DC, Houston, Los Angeles, Boston, or Redwood City offices. The salary for this position starts at $260,000 .
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, which includes Hatch Waxman litigation and disputes counseling.
- An undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry or other pharmaceutical related degrees.
- USPTO registration is preferred [or ability to qualify].
- JD from accredited law school is required.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice [or ability to become admitted].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong client-interfacing skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
