Our technicians play an essential role in the safety of local communities, installing and programming security solutions in Michigan homes and businesses. EPS Technicians are trained to work on state-of-the-art brands, such as Honeywell, DMP®, Digital Watchdog®, Notifier®, DSX®, and more.

The Job

  • Installation of fire alarm systems.
  • Perform system checks to confirm signal verification.
  • Provide reliable, high quality customer support.
  • Instruct customer on system operation and functionality.
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a cleaned, organized, and stocked vehicle.

Your Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity.
  • Two (2) plus years of related industry experience.
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Effective interpersonal skills necessary to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • Analytical abilities to determine most effective layout of system.
  • FAST-S licenses preferred.
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen.
  • Holds a valid Michigan driver’s license.
