```Job Summary```
McGuin's is continuing to grow and because of that, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of landscape maintenance professionals. Your role will involve ensuring the quality and efficiency of work, as well as providing guidance and training to crew members. If you have a passion for landscaping, strong leadership skills, and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape crew memebers
- Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper techniques and procedures
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as multching, edging, shrub and tree maintenance
- Perform the installation of plants, trees, and other landscaping features
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that crew members are following safety guidelines
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
