Job Summary:

Duties:
- Sanitate work areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and orders.
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation and assembly of menu items.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Utilize retail math skills for transactions and inventory management.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Handle grocery store operations including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Safely handle food products following proper food handling procedures.
- Operate POS systems, preferably experienced with Aloha POS.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
- Proficiency in time management to meet service demands promptly.
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate transactions.
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Understanding of grocery store procedures and product organization.
