**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.
**Duties:**
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- Conduct custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, and mopping
- Maintain and care for floors through buffing, sweeping, and mopping
- Execute porter duties including restocking supplies and cleaning common areas
**Skills:**
- Experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, custodial work, or related fields
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in various settings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
