Our company is seeking a qualified Banquet Manager to join our team. The Banquet Manager at our company is a role that requires leadership and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to support Food and Beverage and Catering Sales with daily tasks that arise, and work with our management to assist when needed throughout the property.

We are seeking a Banquet Manager to regularly and proactively monitor workflow and provide support to the company. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment, and we are looking for an individual who can work independently to meet deadlines and prioritize task lists.

We are looking for a Banquet Manager to execute events in our banquet space. This is a highly visible and demanding position where the right candidate will be a strong leader, capable of working effectively as part of a team, and dealing effectively with multiple issues. This person will be responsible for the operational execution of all events.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise banquet staff.
• Communicate with banquet staff.
• Interpret customers' needs to the banquet staff.
• Supervise banquet staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Read a BEO and direct staff accordingly
• Process Banquet Checks into PMS
• Organize and execute and a high level of detail
• Manage Banquet inventory
• Proper cash handling
• TIPS and Serve Safe Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
