Pay: $18/hr
Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage customer contracts, ensuring accurate and timely invoices
- Build rapport with customers, internal and external
- Coordinate with sales and operations to expedite transactions
- Monitor billing metrics and ensure professionalism and satisfaction
- Provide backup support to team members as needed
- Assist Accounts Receivable in resolving queries and expediting payments
