Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scrum Master at RADcube located in Indianapolis, IN. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the Agile development process within multi-disciplinary teams. You will apply your expertise to promote efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, and removing any impediments to the team's progress. As a trusted advisor, you will coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices
• Demonstrated success in facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
