HIRING RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What You Will Do
- Create and distribute internal content across various digital and print mediums
- Manage and maintain intranet and Yammer content for the Americas, ensuring content is timely, appealing, and informative
- Support the planning and execution of company events, including coordination and development of communications such as invitations, flyers, sign-up forms, posters, etc.
- Support communications planning and implementation for community outreach events/employee volunteerism events
- Create and manage editorial calendar, including the process/workflow for managing requests from select internal stakeholders. Recommend changes for greater efficiencies
- 2 years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or relevant field of study
- Proficiency in MS Office products, SharePoint experience
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, Campaign Monitor, Monday.com (or similar software)
- Ability to code HTML emails or experience with Pardot
