Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinician at Bayside Behavioral Health in Indianapolis, IN. The Clinician will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapy skills
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Licensure as a mental health counselor, social worker, or psychologist
• Experience working in addiction or mental health settings
