Location: Irving, TX (Remote)

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for app development projects.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA.
• Work closely with Technical Product Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of user feedback and data to drive product improvement and feature prioritization.
• Provide ongoing support to the development team by clarifying requirements and providing guidance on user stories.

• 5-7 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operational app development projects, with expertise in utilizing JIRA for project management.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Preferred experience in source to target mapping
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Data engineering team).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project deadlines
• Experience in contract definitions for API's
